Best Day Prints is operated by Best Day Prints LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Best Day Prints," "we," "us"). These terms apply to every order placed on bestdayprints.com and app.bestdayprints.com.
The product
Best Day Prints sells made-to-order framed prints. Each print is made from the course, photo or details you give us. The preview shown before checkout is the file that prints; sizes are finished frame-ready dimensions and may vary very slightly in trimming, as is normal for fine printing.
Your photo, your rights
You must own the photo you upload or have permission to use it, including the consent of identifiable people in it. By ordering, you grant us the limited right to store and process the photo solely to produce your print. You keep all rights to your photo.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and charged by Stripe at the moment of order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Every order is checked before it goes to print, and production starts after that review, typically within one to two business days of payment.
Delivery
Printing and framing are fulfilled through our production partner and shipped with tracking to the address you provide at checkout. We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are shown by the carrier; we're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help chase a lost package.
Problems
See our Returns & Reprints policy. Damaged or defective prints are replaced free.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about an order or about them, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
