Every print is made just for you
Each piece is printed, framed, and shipped to order from your photo and your details, so we can't restock a return. What we can do is make it right.
Damaged or defective
If your print arrives damaged, or there's a defect in the printing or framing, email us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to ship anything back.
Not what you approved
The preview you approve in the composer is the exact file we print. If what arrives doesn't match that preview, we'll reprint it free. If it matches the preview but you've spotted a typo in the details you entered, contact us — we'll reprint at a reduced price.
Order changes and cancellation
Orders go to production automatically within minutes of payment. If you need to change or cancel, email us immediately — we'll do our best, but once the press starts we can't pull it back.
