Reporting copyright infringement

What your notice must include

To allow us to evaluate a copyright complaint, please provide:

Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your notice involves multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list when permitted by law.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or applicable law.
A statement that the information contained in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to investigate or respond to a complaint.

Customer-submitted images and content

Best Day Prints allows customers to submit photographs, images, text, and other materials for use in creating personalized products. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or permissions necessary to use material they submit.

If a copyright owner believes customer-submitted material infringes their rights, the owner may report that material using the process described on this page.

Repeat infringement

Best Day Prints reserves the right, when appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, to restrict or terminate access to its services by users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

We also reserve the right to address misuse or abuse of the copyright complaint process.

After we receive a notice
