What we collect
- Your photo and print details (names, course, date, score) — used solely to produce your print and its preview.
- Order and shipping information — name, address, and email, used to fulfill and deliver your order and send order-status emails.
- Basic usage signals — anonymous steps through the order flow (no cookies, no advertising trackers), used to improve the experience.
Who touches your data
We use a small set of processors to make your print: Cloudinary (photo storage and print-file composition), Stripe (payment — we never see your card number), Prodigi (printing, framing, and shipping), and our email provider (order updates). Each receives only what it needs for its job.
What we never do
- Sell or share your photos or personal information for advertising.
- Use your photos for marketing without your explicit permission.
- Keep payment card details — Stripe handles those end to end.
Deletion
Email us and we'll delete your photos and personal details from our systems, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires of the transaction record.
